Guest Guidelines

• Please carry a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
• Check-in and check-out are both at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available upon prior request—please contact us in advance.
• We kindly request guests to refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises.
• Electric kettles are provided upon request solely for the purpose of boiling hot water and must not be used for preparing tea, noodles, or any other food items.
• During peak and holiday periods, cancellations are strictly limited and require approval.
• To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please maintain quiet during nighttime hours.
• Any damages to the property will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are warmly welcome; however, guests are kindly requested to take care of and supervise them throughout their stay.
• The management cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
